1. User Authentication and Profile Management
Users can log in with their email and password, reset forgotten passwords through email, manage profile details, and switch between companies when access is available.

The dashboard provides real-time statistics and report views related to patient requests, referrals, staffing request aging, assigned pending backlogs, and EMR-related tracking.
3. Intake and Assigning List Management
Users can create new patient requests, search existing requests, manage request details, assign clinicians automatically or manually, and manage clinician assignment actions such as accept, decline, retract, block, and pricing review.

Users can review patient requests that do not yet have an assigned employee and assign an assigner manager or employee to process them.
