The Switch Company feature in CliniConnects allows users to move between different company workspaces they have been granted access to within the platform. This is useful for users who work across multiple companies and need to access the correct dashboard, records, and settings for each one without using separate accounts.
Instead of logging out and signing back in for each company, authorized users can switch directly to another available company from within the system. Once selected, CliniConnects loads the corresponding company data and settings for that workspace.
CliniConnects supports multi-company users by allowing them to:
access another assigned company from the same platform
load the correct company data and settings
move between authorized company workspaces without a separate login for each one
Users can switch between companies they have permission to access within CliniConnects.
The platform allows users to move from one company workspace to another from inside the system.
When a company is selected, CliniConnects loads the corresponding data and settings for that company.
Users can only switch to companies they have been granted access to.

The Switch Company feature is intended for users who work across more than one company within CliniConnects.
Super Admins may use this feature to manage or review multiple company environments.
Admins with access to more than one company can switch between workspaces to access the correct company records and settings.
Employees with access to multiple companies can move between assigned company workspaces as needed.
Clinicians who have been granted access to more than one company can switch to the appropriate workspace when needed.
Users can open the Switch Company page from the Burger Menu (≡) or by clicking the Company Logo. From there, they can select one of the companies available to their account. Once selected, the platform loads the corresponding company data and settings. To return to a previous company, the user repeats the same process and selects the other company again.
You can only switch to companies you are authorized to access.
Switching companies changes the active company data and settings loaded in the platform.
